I am so pleased to be working with such a talented team. As a member of the team, I bring compassion and vast experience. I provide the best thorough and gentle cleanings. Non-surgical periodontal therapy and supportive periodontal cleanings are also my specialty. I am happy to assist our patients in helping them obtain optimum dental health.
I continue to add to my licensure which includes the delivery of local anesthetics and nitrous sedation for the relief of dental anxiety.
In my free time, I enjoy country living with my husband, Obed on our Angus beef farm in Myersville. We have one son who is also a dental professional. My porch swing and vegetable gardening as two of my favorite things. I can’t miss mentioning my best buddy Tommy, my Jack Russel.
Getting to know my patients and helping them achieve oral health is my favorite part of what I do. I am passionate about empowering our patients to take charge of their oral health by helping them understand what is going on in their mouths and working with them in getting their mouth healthy!
Since becoming a dental hygienist in 2006, I have worked in both the private practice setting as well as in hygiene education. I graduated with a degree in dental hygiene from Kellogg Community College in Battle Creek, Michigan and earned a Masters degree in dental hygiene from Texas A&M University in Dallas. I have taught full-time at Indiana University Fort Wayne and at Hagerstown Community College.
In my free time, I enjoy travel, cooking, crochet and spending time with my husband and our cat.
I am an expanded function dental assistant with over 21 years of experience and am originally from El Salvador.
I love what I do and am very proud to be part of Dr. Frieders practice. I've had the opportunity and privilege to be part of the practice since 2013. My goal is to make everyone happy and build their trust. I take care of my patients with a big, happy smile. When you join our practice, you are part of my family.
I'm a family oriented person. I'm a mother of two big boys that I call "bodyguards". My older son, Farid is in college and my younger son, Fernando, is in high school. They, and my lovely mom, and our dog, Simba are my life!
I have been a dental assistant for the past 28 years- the last 8 with Dr. Frieder. I enjoy working with patients and providing them with relaxing comfortable care during their appointments.
When not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and grown son. I like camping going to the beach and relaxing in Hanover Maryland. I especially love my 3 dogs- Cody, Winston, and Bailey!
